Wally, Christine, and I attended the Beyonce concert this past Saturday June 28, 2009. It was everything I imagined it to be! Me wearing F21 stone wash denim vest, distressed skinny jeans, F21 Giambattista Valli platforms, metal accessories, Lotis yellow/lime alligator clutch, Vintage lace black leotard, Patricia Field Studded Belt.
I've had every Michael Jackson album since 1985. As I was driving on the highway this morning I let all the windows down...well both windows down, and let the wind and Michael bring me all the way to work. Listening to his songs saddened me because not only was he an icon, but he is The King of Pop & Fashion. I loved most of his earlier ensembles from the graphic tees, to the sequin encrusted pants and jackets. Many of today's fashion influences are direct resemblances to Michael's style. His music and his soul will always have a special place on this Earth.
