The District...

N.Y has the Soho district and the meat district and L.A. has its fashion district, and D.C. is known as the District of Columbia...In N.C. we have "DC" or Durham County. While out and about skimming the sales racks looking for a little something extra, just felt like shopping today...I came across some great deals.
